What the public website is for

The public pages explain services, help you choose a route and prepare a high-level first message. They are not a case-management portal, document vault or public candidate directory.

What not to send at first contact

Identity records

Passport, FIN, permit, NRIC or other identity numbers and images.

Sensitive records

Medical, insurance, financial or full residential information.

Third-party data

Candidate, helper, crew, employer or family details without a clear purpose and authority.

WhatsApp and email handoff

A website link can prepare text for WhatsApp or your email application. You remain in control of whether to send it. Once you continue to an external service, that service's own terms and privacy practices apply.

The prepared messages intentionally request situation and timing rather than identity details.

Conversion measurement

This website does not activate advertising or analytics tags. It exposes privacy-minimal local event hooks so measurement can be reviewed before any future activation. If measurement is later activated, it should record route and interaction type—not FIN, passport, policy number, message text or uploaded records.

External official sources

Resource pages link to government and authority websites so current requirements can be checked. Following an external link takes you to a separate site with its own privacy terms.
