Company documentation orientation

Classify the case before preparing a document pack.

This page is general orientation only. It does not offer or confirm an ANSONMAE document-preparation, review or application-submission service.

Start with classification

A job label is not a Work Permit route

There is no universal caretaker, caregiver or care-worker Work Permit category. Eligibility depends on the actual employer, principal business activity, sector, occupation, duties, source country, quota, levy, fixed salary or occupation-specific salary, occupation-specific conditions, establishment requirements, effective date and current MOM rules.

Household caregiving by a migrant domestic worker remains separate from company employment. General services-sector eligibility does not prove that a care occupation is allowed.

Capability finding

This documentation lane is not presented as available

What current evidence shows

MOM's live EA Directory identifies ANSON MAE MANPOWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. under licence 10C5650 in both its FDW and Foreign Worker views. The Foreign Worker view records 26 Work Permit placements for the displayed 9 August 2025 to 9 August 2026 period.

What it does not prove

A licence entry or placement metric does not prove exact care-role documentation capability, the current licence category label, current MOM portal access, employer authority, case acceptance, document review, application-submission authority or any case outcome.

Held public claims

ANSONMAE does not claim that it accepts these cases, prepares or reviews their documents, or submits their applications. Those claims stay held until current, lane-specific operational proof exists.

Three separate gates

Orientation, authorisation and a transaction are not the same

1. General orientation

Public facts can help identify which official rules need checking. General orientation is not case acceptance and does not establish employer, worker or occupation eligibility.

2. Employer authorisation

MOM provides a foreign-worker authorisation form for employers appointing an EA for named Work Pass transactions. The public template states a 14-day validity period. A template does not prove that any employer has authorised ANSONMAE for a case.

3. Portal transaction and MOM decision

MOM says an employer or appointed EA may apply through the allocated MOM service. Current ANSONMAE portal access and permitted transaction role are not proven here. MOM alone decides an application. MOM's published indication that most applications take one week, with some taking longer, is not a timing or outcome guarantee.

Documentation preparation or review is also distinct from application submission. Neither is offered by this page.

Health, insurance and privacy boundaries

General care is not medical advice, clinical assessment or regulated-health authority. A care label does not prove a healthcare establishment licence, professional registration or practising certificate. Business-worker medical insurance and work injury compensation insurance remain separate from household MDW medical insurance, personal accident insurance and the security bond. No commercial product, premium, coverage or transaction claim is made.

Public enquiry remains document-light and a protected handoff is not active. Bring the route facts, not the records. Do not send client, employer, candidate, helper, household, medical, financial, policy, crew, vessel, payment or identity documents through a public channel.
